Ballroom Rentals

The Danville Ballroom is centrally located at the Borough Municipal Building, 463 Mill Street in beautiful downtown Danville, PA.

The ballroom is rented for occasions such as wedding receptions, class reunions, anniversaries, dances, and banquets from the months of January through November. Each December, it is used exclusively for the Danville Community Christmas Tree Giveaway.

Community Christmas Tree Program
The Danville Community Christmas Tree Program is a special event that helps fellow citizens who cannot afford to have a nice meal, clothing, or gifts for their children during the holiday. Its success is due to the generosity and volunteerism of many. Lists of those in need are annually collected by both the Danville Borough Police Department and the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.

Amenities & Pricing
The ballroom's floor/dance area is concrete, and it has a maximum seating capacity of 250. 27 round tables and 26 rectangular tables are available for use. There is also a second-story wooden balcony r the entire ballroom and makes for a great place to decorate with lighting, netting, balloons, etc.

The base rental fee is $350, which is NON-REFUNDABLE. Additionally, there is a mandatory $185 clean-up deposit as well as a $25 key-return deposit. These two deposits are returnable so long as the person/organization leasing the ballroom cleans the facility to the Borough's specifications after use and also returns the key to the Borough by the Monday immidiately following the event.
