Municipal Authority

The Danville Municipal Authority owns the Borough's Water Treatment Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plant, creates and oversees the Authority's annual budget, and sets water and sewer user rates and fees. Members of the Board are appointed by Borough Council, and the Board meets on the 3rd Monday of every month at 10:00 AM at the office of Marks, McLaughlin & Dennehy, 42 West Market Street in Danville, PA.

Susquehanna River Basin Commission Regulations

Refer to §806.25 on page 132 for SRBC language stating “Install meters for all users” under Water Conservation Standards.  Rule became effective on January 11, 1979.
